Canceling stops future charges but doesn’t guarantee a refund unless eligible.

5. Acceptable Use

You must use our services responsibly and follow our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).

  • Use your RDP only for legal and responsible purposes.
  • Don’t send spam, host malware, or attack other systems.
  • Don’t use your RDP for crypto-mining, hacking, or illegal content.
  • Breaking these rules may lead to suspension or termination without refund.

We work hard to keep services online and reliable, but downtime may occur during maintenance or unexpected issues.

We can’t guarantee 100% uptime but aim to fix any problems quickly.

You are responsible for backing up your own files and data stored on the RDP.

8. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

Terminated accounts may lose access immediately and may not receive a refund.

We’re not responsible for indirect or accidental losses like data loss or downtime.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service.
