By creating an account, placing an order or using any part of our service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

BuyRDPAdmin provides Windows-based Remote Desktop (RDP) and Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting across multiple global datacenters. Service specifications, locations and pricing are described on our website and may be updated from time to time.

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be of legal age to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including: sending spam; hosting malware, phishing or fraudulent content; launching attacks (DoS/DDoS), scanning or unauthorized access; infringing intellectual property or distributing illegal content; cryptocurrency mining where prohibited by your plan; or any activity that disrupts our network or other customers. We may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activity.

Services are billed in advance on a recurring basis per the plan you select. Payment is due on or before each renewal date. We accept major cards, PayPal and selected cryptocurrencies. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your service immediately, without notice, for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or activity that threatens our infrastructure or other customers. Upon termination, your data may be permanently deleted. You may cancel anytime from your client area.

We target 99.9% network uptime measured monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance and circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Where an eligible outage occurs, service credits may be available upon request, subject to verification.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuyRDPAdmin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding one (1) month. You are responsible for your own backups.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction].
